Location
The hotel is located in a quiet and calm north west Sunny Beach and is on 350 m away from the beach and on 800 m to the centre of the resort.

Facilities
Consists of 5 separate buildings arranged in a U-shaped complex, with a pool view from every room, a separate yard, and a children playground. Built in 2004, renovated in 2013. Reception, safety deposit boxes for rent (5 lv per day), outdoor swimming pool, currency exchange office, lobby, main restaurant, day bar, pool bar, medical care, massage, Wi-fi in the common areas, internet corner, ironing and dry-cleaning.

DBL room (max 2+1, 3 ad) appr. 25 sq.m. Twin beds and folding bed.
All rooms have air-conditioning, cable TV, telephone, mini fridge, bathroom with a shower, hairdryer on the reception, balcony with pool view and a little table with 2 chairs, Wi-fi.

Children,
Children's section in swimming pool and children's playground. Baby cot (extra charged 5 lv per day), highchairs in the restaurant.

Sports & Entertainment
Free of charge: outdoor swimming pool, sun beds and parasols by the pool.
Payable: billiards, table tennis, massage, internet corner, medical help, ironing and laundry.

Pets are allowed against charge - 5 lv per day for pets till 3 kg and 10 lv per day for pets with weight more than 3 kg, upon request and after hotel`s confirmation.

Parking: Free Non-guarded parking with limited parking space.
