Reconstruction made in 2021: One of the buildings was renovated - block D, the building where all studios are located. Renovations included: all individual water heaters and A/C were replaced by a central solar system for hot water and VRF air-conditioning, new bathrooms, new furniture in all rooms. Part of the studios were turned into apartments with a bedroom for the parents and a living room with two children bed (size 80x190 cm, not an extensible sofa) and sitting area (a sofa).

Location

Laguna Park hotel is situated in the central part of Sunny Beach resort, 500m from the resort`s center and about 300 m from the beach.

Facilities

Last renovated in 2021, the hotel has one main building with 8 floors and one additional building with 6 floors, 6 lifts. Laguna Park has 365 rooms in total, 24 hours reception and a central air conditioning, exchange, main restaurant with terrace, Snack-/ Theme restaurant with terrace, lobby bar, 2 pool bars, conference room (50 seats), amphitheater, safety deposit boxes for rent (7 lv/day) in the room, playing area, laundry and ironing (payable), shop (in front of the hotel). WiFi in the lobby (free), Wi-Fi in the rooms (free), Internet games in the lobby (paid).

Double rooms (min 2 adults, max 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child), approx. 38 sq. m. incl. balcony. Two twin beds and extendable armchair.

Studio (min 2 adults + 2 children max 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child), approx. 42 sq. m., One large room – bedroom and living area in one space (open plan, no interconnecting door) with one double bed and 1 extendable sofa.

Apartment (min 2 adults + 2 children max 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child), approx. 48 sq. m., Apartments consist of two rooms – a bedroom and a living room with an interconnecting door; 1 double bed /2 twin beds optional/ in the bedroom for the parents and 1 extending large sofa bed or 2 twin beds in the living room for the children.

Maizonette / Duplex room ) ( min 3 adults + 1 child max 6 adults or 4 adults + 2 children), two twin rooms connected with an internal door or two twin rooms connected with an internal staircase, without internal door, approx. 58 sq. m. incl. balcony. 4 Twin beds and 2 extendible armchairs, 2 separate bathrooms.

All rooms have furnished balcony, A/C, telephone (payable), mini bar (payable), safety deposit box (payable), cable TV, table, wardrobe, bathroom with shower, hair dryer and WC, Wi-Fi (free). There are no special rooms for disabled guests at the hotel.

Children

Baby cot (free, preliminary reservation required). Children swimming pool with water slides, height restriction 130 cm, playground, kids club for 4-12 years, highchairs in the restaurant, electronic games, kids entertainment center (payable).

Sports & Entertainment

Free of charge: pools in aqua park ( 1 pool for adults with 3 slides, 1 pool for children with pirate ship with 4 slides and other water attractions, 1 swimming pool for adults) and relax area (1 adult pool with a kids corner, 1 children’s pool with an octopus water attraction), sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas and pool towels at the pool, sports animation including table tennis, darts, mini golf, archery, gymnastics, animation – during the day and evening shows.

The same Restaurant works as THEME RESTAURANT from 18.00 h. till 21.00 h., and offers dishes from the Italian cuisine on buffet style. Advance reservation is required.
